প্রদত্ত পরিষেবার ধরন প্রসংঙ্গে
Triosun.org একটি প্রচলিত ধারার ই-কমার্স ওয়েবসাইট। এখানে Triosun ব্র্যান্ডের পোষাক পণ্য সামগ্রী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রণালয় কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত “ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা“ অনুযায়ী ক্রেতাসাধারণের নিকট বিক্রয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে প্রদর্শন করা হয়ে থাকে। ক্রেতাগণ প্রদর্শিত পণ্যসমূহ থেকে কাংখিত পণ্য সামগ্রী নির্ধারিত মূল্যের বিনিময়ে ক্রয় করতে পারবেন। ক্রয়ের পূর্বে সকল ক্রেতাসাধারণ পণ্যটির স্বরুপ ও গুণাগুণ যাচাই ও এই নীতিমালার সকল ধারা সম্বন্ধে অবগত হয়ে পণ্যটি ক্রয় করবেন। পণ্য ক্রয়ের পরবর্তী সময় ক্রেতাসাধারণ এই নীতিমালার কোনো ধারা’র সাথে দ্বিমত পোষণ করলে কোনক্রমেই তা গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
নীতিমালার লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য
- ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সময় ও পরবর্তীতে যেন ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতাগণের মধ্যে কোনো ধরনের অনাকাংখিত ঘটনার উদ্ভব না হয়।
- ক্রেতাগণ যেন ক্রয়ের পূর্বেই ক্রয়/বিক্রয়ের নিয়ম-নীতি সম্বন্ধে অবহিত হয়ে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারেন।
- কোনো নিয়মের লংঘন হলে ক্রেতাগণ যেন সহজেই প্রতিকার পেতে পারেন। এবং
- ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা ২০২১ -টার্মস নং ৩.১.২ এর বাস্তবায়ন।

The following terms and conditions and policies apply to all buyers who purchase or intend to purchase products from the Triosun.org website and it is mandatory for everyone to agree to these policies.
In the context of the type of service provided
Triosun.org is a traditional e-commerce website where Triosun brand clothing products are displayed for sale to the public in accordance with the “Digital Commerce Management Guidelines” published by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.Buyers will be able to purchase desired products from the displayed products at a fixed price. Before purchasing, all the buyers will purchase the product by verifying the nature and quality of the product and being aware of all the provisions of this policy. If the buyer disagrees with any clause of this policy after purchasing the product, it will not be accepted in any way.
Aims and Objectives of the Policy
No untoward incident should arise between buyers and sellers during and after buying and selling.
Buyers should be informed about the rules and regulations of buying / selling before making the right decision.
Buyers can easily get redress in case of any violation of any rule. And
